Round Electromagnet Lifts are low wattage VAC plug in magnets with a deep reaching magnetic field and concentrated holding power. Built-in control switch has On, Off and Release functions.

Battery Lifts operate from a built-in marine or automotive type battery. No need for external power source makes this battery ideal for use in remote locations. Four models to choose from designed to lift 2,500lb., 5,000lb., 7,500lb.,and 10,000lb. steel plate, rounds and block.

Permatrol Electromagnets

are built in three configurations and used as end of arm tooling assemblies, robotic face plates and under the hook applications. These magnets only require electricity when turned on and off. Holds load even in the event of power loss. Built-in rectifier. No separate power supply needed with single magnet configurations. We custom build the assembly for you based on your specific application.

The EPMBAT MaxLift

A Revolutionary Technique For Safe Magnetic Lifting.

This is a battery powered ElectroPermanent Magnetic Lifter with a safety factor of 3:1. The two pole design lifts both flat and round components and comes complete with sealed and ready to use maintenance-free rechargable batteries, a built-in recharger and over-charge protection feature.

A fully-charged battery will perform 300 lifts on average. Since this is a Permanent Magnet no battery power is needed to keep the magnet on the load. This magnet features Automatic Sequential Switching On/Off with a contact-less relay.

How It Works: The magnet initially is in the OFF condition. After placing the magnet on the load pulling the hoist up actuates a contact-less relay and the magnet is AUTOMATICALLY switched ON. When the hoist is down, the magnet remains ON. Only when the hoist is lifted up again will the magnet switch to the OFF position and AUTOMATICALLY release the load. Workers do not need to interact with the magnet at any time during the lift operation.
