Is it time to replace your metal separator?
If your separator is more than 6 years old, and has a Rare Earth magnet circuit, the maximum energy rating is likely between 35 and 38 MgOe. That's 40% weaker than our 50 MgOe rated Neodymium separators. In other words, 40% of the contaminants your separator should be capturing are ending up in your product and equipment. If your separator is more than 6 years old, and has a Ceramic magnet circuit, the maximum energy rating is likely 15X weaker than our Rare Earth Neodymium separators.

Grate Magnets
Constructed from SS304 & SS316 casing tube and casing frame, these well polished grate magnets are water-proof, have a satin stainless steel finish, and are affixed onto a framework. The magnetic filter bar is made with special Ceramic 8 or high-energy Neodymium Rare Earth magnetic circuits to suit your application.
We have Square type and round type Magnetic Filter Bars with standard diameter of 1". The distance between each bar is 1". Upon request, 1/2" spacing between bars is also available. Our square or round tube Grate Magnets can be custom-designed including Easy-Clean types, two layers, three layers, or more. 90 degree angle baffles and 5mm diameter round SS bar can be attached to the grates upon request.

Stationary Separators utilize Tri-Polar Magnetic Circuitry, eliminating most peripheral magnetic leakage and directing magnetic field straight down, improving and increasing the strength compared to equivalent sized magnets.
